Defently you can do something about it. first of all you didn't provide some details about your machine, if your machine is an old one that's may be the problem ( too slow ). the problem might be also with ur codecs, try to download codec package from www.free-codecs.com that's also might help. if your computer is oveloaded with softwares as you said you can stop their progress in the task manager and than try again the film
