I was wondering if evaporating or condensing a liquid is considered a chemical reaction/ chemical method?

No, when liquid water is changed to steam and vice versa, only the physical state is changed. Water and vapor are both H02.

The replace is a actual replace because of the fact evaporation is a actual replace (alongside with boiling, freezing, condensation, and melting). The chemical composition of the two chemical compounds are not being replaced in the approach and this is obtainable to get the salt returned after this is been dissolved in water.

Evaporation is a change of state (from liquid to gas). It is not a chemical change.
Neither is condensing (going from gas to liquid).
