Bill Richardson is very qualified for a position in the executive branch, although I would think she could use someone with a Southern background to help down in that region.

She will pick the one that she thinks will help her win.
That could be Obama, or even someone that is not running..
I am wondering could she pick her husband Bill? Its not likely I guess but you never know with those two.
She won't pick Al Gore because she didn't get along with him.
