In almost 40 years of throwing up in the street, I have never cleaned it up, nor seen anyone else clean it up.
Leave it for the fox's, birds, hedgehogs etc.

I threw up in a drive way once. No shame. Just a great party.

well, you've taken the first step by admitting that it was you who did it... i think you've done enough... go visit the site tomorrow and think about what you've done... the next day, do back and point out to a stranger that it was you who made that stain... if it's still there the following day, then maybe you should clean it up...
