No, because it will work out for him in the end.

I'm not totally convinced yet that he won't be back next year. Steinbrenner said he didn't think they'd bring him back, but he didn't say they definitely wouldn't.

Even it they don't, I'm sure Torre will find a job somewhere else. He won't make as much money, but maybe it will be worth it not to have Steinbrenner breathing down his neck constantly.

Why don't you have a little more class? I'll bet Joe Torre is ready to retire and has had enough of Steinbrenner's BS. You can't blame Joe Torre for the Yankees poor performance. And I'm a Yankees fan. Cleveland outplayed the Yankees. Yankees deserved to lose.

A good guy but 1 and done for 3 straight years and the year before, the worse choke in history (he he!!) Yankee dyanasty is over, and so is Torre. He'll catch on somewhere else I'm sure. Hopefully the Yankees have 81 more years of suffering. Cry you eyes out Waldman!!!!

Don't flatter yourselves. The Indians beat the Yankees in the playoffs not the Red Sox.

At least Torre helped New York reach the playoffs in 12 years. Where was Francona last year?

I think any fan who knows what good Torre has done for this team will feel a little bad.

As sad as he looked in their game 4 loss to the Indians, he's an idiot that gets players by offering them huge amounts of money
