I agree with most of wdxbb's choices. Instead of just rehashing his list, I decided to make it a bit more challenging and make my list without using any of the guys he chose.
The stats I mention are only the stats accumulated with the Red Sox.
C Rick Ferrell --He only played 4 full seasons with Boston and parts of 2 others, but he hit over .300 in his Sox career and never had a year with them under .297
1B Mo Vaughn--In 8 years, averaged .304 and 29 homers
2B Pete Runells--His .320 career BA ranks fifth all time with Boston--tied with Jimmie Foxx
SS Johnny Pesky--Collected over 200 hits in a season 3 times in his career, leading the league each time. Twice finished in the top 4 in MVP voting.
3B Frank Malzone--Finished second in the rookie of the year voting and 7th in MVP voting in 1957. In his 9 full seasons with the Red Sox he won 3 gold gloves, played in 8 all star games, hit .280 or more 5 times and averaged a respectable 78 RBI.
LF Carl Yastremski--In 23 years, hit .285 with 452 homers. Won 3 batting titles, including 1 triple crown, and hit over .350 in 14 World Series games.
CF Fred Lynn--Averaged .308 in his time in Boston, won both the MVP and Rookie of the Year awards in 1975. (Honorable mention: Dom Dimaggio)
RF Harry Hooper--In 12 years, hit a respectable .272, stole 300 bases, and was regarded as one of the best defensive outfielders of his time. (Honorable mention: Tony Conigliaro)
DH Manny Ramirez--His average year with the Red Sox has been .313, 36 homers, 114 RBI. (Honorable mention: Jim Rice)
SP Smokey Joe Wood--Won 116 games (including 34 in 1912) with a 1.99 ERA in 8 years.
SP Carl Mays--5 years, 72 wins, 14 shutouts, and a 2.21 ERA.
SP Dutch Leonard--90 wins with a 2.14 ERA in 6 years. Set a still standing major league record in 1914 with an ERA of .96.
SP Babe Ruth--Lefthander with 89 wins and a 2.19 ERA in 6 years.
RP Bob Stanley--All time Red Sox saves leader with 132.
RP Ellis Kinder--Saved 91 games in 8 years, also started many games.
Ok, I know all my starters came from the dead ball era, so an ERA around 2 back then isn't the same as now, but there's my list.
The other guy chose Evans in right if he couldn't move Yaz over. If he can put Yaz in right instead of Evans, then in an effort to not duplicate any of his players, I'll put Evans in right and Rice in left.

howdy, pink Sox fan, Rivera wasn't "dropping his head" on the tip of the season, replace into he? yet i assume as a pink Sox fan whose team gained 0 postseason video games, you decide on something to make you smile! As a Yankee fan, i'll grudgingly admit that Ellsbury's thieve replace into an incredible play, yet from yet another attitude, that's whilst each and every thing replace into going suitable for Boston, each and every thing replace into going incorrect for the Yankees, and you knew ultimately their fortunes might replace.
