if your having a problem with her sweetie..you should go talk to the principal and let him know you cant learn because you cant understand her... and i dont know if you can get her fired but maybe you can get transfered to another science teacher.

If you think your teacher is being unfair with the detentions, ask to speak with her after class and RESPECTFULLY ask why she feels detention is the appropriate punishment. My guess is that she is having a tough time maintaining control over your class.
I'm sure she wouldn't mind you throwing things away as long as you are dropping them into the trash can and not lobbing them from a long distance so that they narrowly avoid hitting a person (esp her).
I don't know what you mean by "hashian". Do you mean she's from Haiti? If so, she probably has a strong accent. You'll have to pay better attention to understand her. Learning to listen better is a great skill that will benefit you your whole life long. You will always be meeting people with accents and will probably work with them as well.
I don't have a suggestion for getting her fired, but if you've always done well in Science and are having trouble for the first time EVER... get your parents to discuss this with the school counselor or principal. If you are asked for reasons why you are having a hard time learning in her class, you will need better ones than the whining you've done above. Give concrete examples:
"I don't understand her explanations". "We don't get enough homework" "The lab experiments don't relate to the text books" or something along those lines, and you might get somewhere.

Can you compile a report of all the detentions given and the details of what kind of detention and for what reason?Meanwhile for week or so note down all the detention she gives with all the details, and at the end of the week ask your class captain to organize a meeting where you get the opinions of the whole class as what you can do about the problem. If the class feels that is affecting the majority in a negative way then you suggest that the matter be taken up to the Head of your school.
You have the right to be happy in school and to get on with your studies. If nothing is done now the teacher may think that what ever she is doing is ok and will continue to treat students that way.Your Education is important and if you are really concerned, act now because your class is not the only one thwt will be affected but others under her/his care. you are being brave for voicing your opnion and I think you should do your best to see it thruogh.

Seems as you are a bit discriminatory. It is alright if she has an accent. If you have real issues with the teacher then speak with your parents and have a meeting with the school counselor or principal. Go in with the motive of finding a suitable solution for all and not just being relentless and wanting the teacher fired.
Until then, I suggest you partner up with your language teacher and brush up on some grammar!

I suggest you drop the lousy attitude and start behaving. Teachers always have a reason for giving a detention. Your post reeks of ' problem student.'
Stay in school. Your English skills are poor.

Based on your horrible grammar, lack of internal punctuation, fused sentences, missing capitalization and atrocious spelling, your English teacher must suck even more.
Be more understanding or Miss Haiti will put a voodoo spell on you or worse: she'll send an immature entitled kid to your parents' place of work who'll whine until Mommy and Daddy get fired. You'll lose your home and really have something to cry about.

Its foolish and arrogant to think all your teachers will be good ones. Take this as an important life lesson, you will experience hardships in your life, and you must learn how to overcome them, not undercut them and get the teacher fired.
Don't fool around in class. Don't thrown anything away(don't see why thats a big deal). And learn the material, even if you have to do it yourself. Thats life, and life ain't fair. You'll have to get used to that sooner or later, may as well be now.

It would be a wise guess to say that your English teacher is awful too.
