If I hit them, I would stay. I would have to own up to it because I would feel too guilty otherwise. Plus, I'm trained in first aid and CPR, so I might be able to help them with their injuries or at least keep them stable until an ambulance can get there.

That's a no brainier. i would stay and help out. I could not imagine hitting someone and leaving them there all alone and not knowing if they where going to be OK or not. I would like to think people would do the same for me or a loved on. I prob would even go beyond that and check up on them to make sure they are OK and see if they need anything after the accident

i would definately stay...
i'd rather take that punishment...
then getting busted later and taking the punishment of hitting someone PLUS the additional punishments that result from fleeing the scene...
honestly... more than likely your NOT gonna get away if u run... so why make things worse?? think...

I would stay. Fleeing the scene implies you are guilty of a crime.

Depends on whether or not they're dead & IF it was really my fault or if the idiot ran out into the street to catch his crack dealer.
NOT doing time for vehicular manslaughter when I don't even want a car & the conformists in this country require me to have one for identity purposes & showing off. Pfft.

Well a few years back i did just that and i felt like fleeing but i decided to stay.I should just drove away.
