I'd like to celebrate something every week,
BUT...
my Orthodox Christmas (January 7th) is forgotten in this country.

I bet, there are more Orthodox Christians in USA than Muslims and Jews combined, but the Orthodox Christmas is totally neglected.

I don't celebrate ramadan or yom kippur or winter solstice. But I have no problem with decorating the Empire State Bldg for those who do...

Ramadan ? No...but I will insist that the mosque in this area candystripe the building to show they are sensetive to Christmas, decorate it blue and white for Hannukah, and light incense and chant on Budda's birthday.
No wonder New York is so screwed up.
No need to bomb Mecca...just Tehran for now !

If they want to and nobody is being harmed, then why not? Is it really a big deal? How bad can green be? Oh wait, the government's lying about global warming to get tax money. Sorry, forgot I'm on YA. Green is really ferocious .

No, I won't. I am not a Muslim.
Aren't you getting your knickers into a knot over something insignificant?
Do you also (I do) get angry when people want to deny you the right to celebrate Christmas? By your standards, you shouldn't celebrate at all.
You are being pretty narrow-minded.
By my standards, let's celebrate something every week! I´m game!

since when did america become a Muslim country? It's just for show, to show the Muslim population that we are sensitive and respectful to their religion. What a crock, in a recent poll on fox news Muslim-Americans were asked if they thought suicide bombings were acceptable, over 50% said yes.I'll celebrate when those particular muslims are out of our country. Nutbags.
