Why umpires are wearing new costumes without their old black & white suit?

Bcoz Lasith Malinga.He's the fastest bowler in the world & the problem's he can't bawl with umpires tie.so ICC suggested to change costumes.The colour also changed by Malinga.

what sport are you talking about??? football refs still wear black and white as does basketball. Baseball umps have never worn black and white. They are commonly called "blue" since they have usually worn blue shirts and navy pants. only in recent ten years or so have they changed to wearing grey and black
