Sure. Like somebody else said, they are probably better than any one-a-day vitamin on the market. My little sister was prescribed prenatals at 15 because she was seriously anemic.

Prenatal supplements are made surprisingly for pregnant women human beings. They combine the stunning nutrition and supplements needed for sturdy supplementations jointly as pregnant. My wellbeing care expert enable me take a over the counter nutrition and then supplemented it with what ever else replaced into needed for my first being pregnant. Now a days prenatal supplements are over the counter or provided at little or no value so why not take the final available.

Yes in fact it is recommended that you take them before trying to get pregnant and even during the post-partum period and throughout breastfeeding. Even if you are not trying to get pregnant there is no harm in taking a pre-natal vitamin as long as you are not exceeding the recomended dosage. However, a regular multivitamin would probably be more beneficial to you.

Yes, they are good for you, and if you've been taking them for a while, when you do decide to get pregnant, you should have a good start on having healthy levels of all the important vitamins.
I've been taking them for several years.

You can but it does have a higher iron amount and could cause you to feel sick. I would suggest taking it at night before bed. Since you are only 16 I would suggest you talking to a Dr for your age and they probably would have some better suggestions. Remember one night can be fun, but parenting is a lifetime commitment.

Yes you can, my doctor recommends that a woman take them until age 50...even though you aren't allergic to iron, you can get low iron ones.

I know I took them for months before I got pregnant. You might be too young for them though- I would check with a doctor before starting any vitamin regimen.

Probaby okay, I don't see why taking them is needed if you're not pregnant though. But I'd advise speaking with your doctor first before starting any vitamins.
