Hey, I have a headset sound works but mic doesnt Its plugged in, yet i hear myself and it doesn't work in game

Please help me, I .:-Really-:. need my mic to work. THANKS!

Hi. If you hear yourself go into the volume control and 'Mute' the mike. Only effects what you hear, not to other folks.

thats a software issue but just dubble chec your connections some connections on some snd cards look alike but there not and some are color coded like green for sound red for mics

wat type is it? if its usb, i guess u need to configure it. it its the one were u have 2 plug in things on it, then u might have to mess around with that till it works, and set it up
