New World Order (Novus Ordo Mundi) refers to a conspiracy theory in which a powerful and secretive group is to be conspiring to eventually rule the world via an autonomous world government, which would replace sovereign states and other checks and balances in world power struggles. In new world order conspiracy theories, many significant occurrences are caused by a powerful secret group. Historical and current events are seen as steps in an on-going plot to rule the world primarily through a combination of political finance, social engineering, mind control[citation needed], and fear-based propaganda, in addition to alleged mass genocides of Christian sects[citation needed]. One of its early mentions was in the 1975 Gerald Ford's "Declaration of Interdependence" as recorded by historian Henry Steele Commager which states that: "we must join with others to bring forth a new world order....Narrow notions of national sovereignty must not be permitted to curtail that obligation" many also believe the war on terror is the platform for the new world order, as it was exactly ten years after George H. W. Bush spoke about the new world order on live television.

Dah! Its happening right in front you and you still can't see it. This is known as a

It is often used to denote persons who acquiesce to authority, and thus undermine their own human individuality. The implication of sheeple is that as a collective, people believe whatever they are told, especially if told so by authority figures, without processing it to be sure that it is an accurate representation of the real world around them. The term is generally used in a political or religious sense.

I think a one world government would freak me out. Having read the book of Revelation in the Bible, it seems to me that a one world government would set the stage for Antichrist (an evil ruler who will control the world during the end times.) If that sounds too bizarre, I'm sorry. But it's what I believe.

Conspiracy theory is right. This is absolute garbage which has no foundation and no backing in the way of evidence of any kind. My son used to believe in it (including the part about giant lizards) until he grew up and recognised it for the deluded trash it is.

One world government? Don't make me laugh. The members of most individual countries' governments do nothing but bicker and slag each other off. Can you imagine them even agreeing on who would be the president? Would it be a man or woman, white, black, Asian, Chinese, Muslim, atheist, Christian? Nah, don't think so. And just because George Bush spoke about something doesn't make it true - quite the reverse, generally speaking.

Relax, it ain't gonna happen.

i do no longer have confidence our government in any respect....and all and sundry who does...properly they're the delusional ones. I rather have heard approximately this earlier. in case you think of roughly it, it does no longer be that puzzling. I mean look at our nutrition grant... no longer too many human beings in this u . s . are self helping. It does no longer take too lots to skinny the inhabitants. no longer lots in any respect. i think of that there is a lot that is going in the government that we don't comprehend. they are not sparkling in any respect. yet, I do think of that that's gloomy that in case you stray far flung from the brainwashing substantial flow media, you're a tin foil hat donning conspiracy theorist who beverages too lots kool help. i'm hoping that they are precise...yet I doubt it. there is too lots available that shows that our government isn't on the up and up....yet human beings do no longer go with to have self belief it. they go with to think of that the worldwide is crammed with love and vegetation and our government knows what's suited for us. that's gloomy.

If your description of a New World Order is accurate, how would anyone be in favor of this. Bush is in Iraq to supposedly repel terrorists not welcome in a New World Order - more fodder for Republican opposition in 08.
