since this question is in Zoology I am assuming you are speaking of animals in a natural way.
it depends on what you consider flying. If it is just a matter of becoming air born, then yes. spiders,flying squirrels and some other gliding creatures. But if you mean from ground to air straight up like a bird with out wings and no other help, I can't think of any. so I think the answer would be no.

yes, there are many ways to fly without wings, for example hot air balloons or helicopters. If you jump really high or sky dive, then it is also like flying, though i don't think its considered flying.

Rockets, balloons, very power jumping legs or altitude all allow you to fly. Helicopter rotors are rotating wings by the way.

as a soul traveling soul i do that all the time. but sometimes i visualize myself with wings for the fun of it.theirs also flying squirrels who have no wings.if you jump off a building you Will fly straight down.NOT recommended

There are wingless ways to fly, for example lifting bodies (see wikipedia) or perhaps a helicopter counts.

Hot air balloons fly, and they don't have wings.
Flying squirrels fly (sort of) and they don't have wings.

yes, go into a lab, "accidently" become mutated through radioactive material, and become a superhero who can fly by sprouting wings out of your back.
