As soon as he calls an election he can't use tax-payers money for "important information" - the propaganda that he advertises on TV. Ads about Work Choices, climate change, drugs, internet predators etc are all being paid for by you. Once the election is called, he has to use money from donations and Liberal Party money. Also Kevin Rudd will get tax-payer funded travel and other benefits if the election is called.
