Israel deny having nuclear weapons but the rest of the world says that they do.
Who's right?

The answer is probably they do. I assume they do. I think I remember Olmert saying they did a few months ago, & did the fit hit the shan in Israel! He issued a denial the next day.
Their policy has been 'not to admit nor to deny' having nuclear weapons for about 2 decades as a way of deterring attack from its neighbors without having to face the wrath of the rest of the world by admitting it. It has worked quite well., sorta, kinda.
Earlier this week, the IAEA passed a resolution calling for a nuclear free zone of the entire Middle East. Many countries abstained from the vote. Israel & the US were the only 2 countries to vote against it. The vote basically demands the right for the IAEA to inspect any suspected nuclear facilities in the Middle East. It is not going to happen in Israel. You can bet your bottom dollar that it will not happen in any other countries with nuclear weapons either, unless they decide to disarm, like North Korea did just recently.
EDIT: I don't know where people get the idea that the US would supply Israel with nukes. While the US & Israel cooperate to serve mutual interests, each side has double crossed the other numerous times & continually spy on each other.. Israel has had the capability for about 30 years & South Africa had the uranium needed to build them. At that time, Israel was one of only a few countries with close ties to South Africa because of the backlash over their apartheid policy.
And the comment about the neutron bombs is too out there to comment on. For starters, the Sinai Desert was returned to Egyptian control when the 2 countries signed their peace agreement.

At the beginning of the Iraq war Iraq had missiles pointed at Israel. Quite a few....the Aussies special ops went in under cover of night and dismantled them all.
Iran keeps threatening Israel and Israel says if we do not go in and rid them of their nuke capabilities , they will ..Iran has public ally stated they want to wipe Israel off the map. They have said they want to push them into the sea. Condy Rice told them this is not acceptable.
Well, you mess with the bull, Iran, you will get the horn. No doubt about it.
Israels survival is at stake.Do they have nukes? I do not know. I have driven all over Israel and did not see any. I did see a lot of military on every street.

Officially Israeli government refuses to confirm or deny whether it has a nuclear weapons.
but it is common knowledge that Israel dose have a significant sock pile.
As for the full range of Israeli nuclear military power that is subject to debate.

Look at the dots on this map! 2 Air Bases, 7 Strategic Weapons Plants and 3 Missile Facilities! It appears that no nation should have WMDs except U.S., U.K and Israel.

yes,yes,yes,example: during the reagan years, the demo controlled congress hazzled the president over the 100 nuclear missles with neutron warheads and wanted them destroyed,so the the president git mad and said ok,he quietly gave them all to israel,the sinai desert has hidden like a hanger deck everything they need under the sand,only thing missing,we have not gave our four iowa class battleships to israel for a small navy with 16 inch guns to pound another country

Yes I think that they do have nuclear weapons supplied by the Americans. Lets all hope they do not use them as freely as they use the rest of their military arms against defenseless civilians

yeah. they are too cowardly to admit it plus americans dont say anything when they have 300+ warheads and when iran is developing nuclear energy.
I just hope they dont use it when the arab countries try to get their rightful land back
