It doesn't look good for Bush, as the story unfolds and questions arise---and the NCAA investigates:
During his USC days, Bush got involved with a failing (now defunct) sports agency called New Era, who allegedly paid Bush over $200k for certain memobillia and marketing rights.
That alone is a major no-no for the football program Bush was in--where he won a Heisman Trophy. But things get murkier from there.........
Purportedly, New Era put up Bush's family in a very nice home--one they evidently got behind $50k in rent on. When New Era asked for the late rent, Bush felt he was being extorted, and lodged a complaint to the FBI who investigated the matter and found no wrongdoing.
New Era contends that Bush, during an ESPN interview, violated a "confidentality agreement" clause of their contract. The comment on Bush's woes, per vatim, is rather vague--however Bush's agent was told "no" when he asked ESPN not air the segment.
New Era, to no surprise, now seeks $200 to $300 in damages (tends to happen when your business goes bust, doesn't it?); mediation talks between legal eagles for Bush and New Era failed. Now, New Era is all too happy and willing to go sing to the NCAA.
Bush claims he's now being extorted.....and by the way this mess unfolds, it's somewhat logical to understand why he may well be right: Give back our money or we'll rat you out--and you'll STILL fork over our $$$ and lose a whole lot more.

Is this another one of them Bush brothers?
Damn...they are a nasty lot!
That Neil Bush - his scam in the Silverado Savings & Loan was quite a scare...we almost had a national crisis, save for the fact that daddy (who was then Vice-President of the United States) bailed his azz out of trouble.
And then there's Jeb Bush - his meddling into the Terri Schiavo case is a widely known scandle of government intrusion into the private lives of citizens (much to the chagrin of Republicans everywhere!).
And how about that George W. Bush?
Weapons of Mass Destruction, anyone?
LMAO!!!!!!
Anyway - need I say anything about their kids?
Jebs' druggie daughter...Georges' party-anaimal daughters?
What a riot!
So, who's Reggie?

On why he seems to dance while playing football, rather than running forward to gain yards, he's like Aaron Brooks of running backs
No it's something about USC and the 2004 national championship.

USC's policy of "pay to play". Recruiting violations like no University has ever been criminal enough to do.
