I know relaxation techniques, I work out, I eat right, but life in the past few days has me absolutely grinding my teeth. I am having to eat a injustice and can't really express it because I have a child who would get stressed if I did. I try breathing techniques...you name it...Anyone have any good advice for letting go of something awful?
