I know relaxation techniques, I work out, I eat right, but life in the past few days has me absolutely grinding my teeth. I am having to eat a injustice and can't really express it because I have a child who would get stressed if I did. I try breathing techniques...you name it...Anyone have any good advice for letting go of something awful?

Letting go of something awful? If I am stressed out to the max I will go for a drive (not in traffic & preferably if there isn't a whole lot of cars around in general) and either, cry, sing, or even scream until I get all my emotions all thrown out on a plate... then when you come back home, you won't feel that need to let it all out! Good luck!

Make a date! Set aside a time of the day, maybe 30 minutes...take the timer from your kitchen and set it...for those 30 minutes let yourself think and worry till your heart is content...when the bell goes off your done! Throughout the day if thoughts start to creep into your head, then just tell yourself to wait until your next appointment. Give yourself enough time each appointment to release all of your worries...and you will see over time, the 30 minutes will turn into 20 minutes. What this exercise does is train yourself to control your thoughts...you will see, it works!
