Of course it can make it darker, but it is filtered light...it can also fade upholstery.

Only if it does not have UV treatment. Most windows these days are treated with a sun block.

Yes, UVA & UVB rays can penetrate windows & cause skin to darken/prematurely age over time.

the glass filters out the part of the light that affects your melatonin.

If you stand there long enough, it will fade a little bit, but it won't tan your skin.
