If you have AOL, they are a lot of chatrooms, from different cities. You didn't say which city you're from, so I don't know what chatrooms will work for you...

You can now get AOL for free if you have a high speed connection such as cable or DSL. It's loaded with chat rooms from different cities. You didn't say which city you live in so I don't know if they have one for where you live but. if they don't you can make your own chat room for your town or city
