I have E.D. and I don't want the embarassment or cost of getting a prescription.

So today I got some over the counter herbal pills for this purpose. Do they work? I got Rize and Stamina-Rx. Do either of these work? If not are there others that you can get over the counter that work?

Don't trust ANY pill--not even the prescription stuff.

There is a better way to improve blood flow, which might help, and that is through diet. Eat less fatty foods and more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. Garlic is VERY good for the blood (just pop a mint or chew some gum after dinner or make sure your partner also eats some garlic). Exercise regularly, if you can, as that will also help.
