The Supreme Court of the United States is studying a case that would put limits on the Miranda Rule. What do you think should be done to protect due process rights and still maintain law and order in a free society?

The rights to due process must be protected more by the courts because it is often violated by the government just to solve terrorism or other high crimes for which other methods must be adopted instead of encroaching into the rights of the people.
