I need some advice on two things. The first is that Dallas Clark is my only tight end, but he has a bye this week. Should I drop him or one of my other players and hope that I can get them back next week?
the next problem is that Travis Henry is available in my league but he has a bye. Should I pick him up now? If so, who should I drop? Or maybe I shouldn't do anything since my RB's are pretty good right now?

If it helps, here's my team...
QB Eli Manning
QB Philip Rivers
WR Randy Moss
WR Plaxico Burress
WR Santonio Holmes
WR Hines Ward
WR Dwayne Bowe
RB Frank Gore
RB Brandon Jacobs
RB Ronnie Brown
RB Marshawn Lynch
RB Adrian Peterson
TE Dallas Clark
K Nate Kaeding
D Patriots

If I pick up Henry, then I think I could make a pretty good trade since I have so many solid RB's.

What do you think?

You are aware of the pending suspension of Travis Henry for violating the NFL's substance abuse policy, aren't you? There's a reason he's available. He may be worth absolutely nothing any week now.

Regarding your question about the TE, it's hard to tell you what to do without knowing a few things. How many of your players do you start? Most leagues let you start 2 RBs, 2 WRs, and a flex (RB or WR). In that case, you're way overloaded with WRs and RBs. Are you in a points-per-reception league? In that case, receivers may have as much value as - or more than - your RBs.

If you let Dallas Clark go, you will have no TEs as somebody surely will pick him off the waiver wire (I would). So, figure out which of your position players you could do without and risk him to the waiver wire instead of Clark.

If it were me, that player would be Marshawn Lynch.

I would drop Ward to pick up another TE. Clark puts up good numbers at that position.

That is a pretty good team you have there.
