Yes,.. my entire belief system has changed in the past 20 years..for the better, far better. I no longer turn up my nose at other culture's beliefs and ways...maybe, just maybe the ancients knew more than we do...I have found this to be true more and more...so many American Indian beliefs were dead on..and still are. The far East has far more sophisticated knowledge in so many things...we, being the arrogant Caucasians we are, have laughed once too often at folklore that may not be so stupid after all...I keep my mind open to all things now, and my eyes have opened so much, I feel humbled by my past actions. I've tried most of the stuff you mention a long time ago...still have the amythyst crystals, ocassional tarot card readings and yoga...I no longer chant in a womens singing circle nor attend full moon ceremonies...I guess I'd give most anything a shot...

The biggest thing for me was not sweating the small things. I don't worry about anything anymore as this will only age you ( as if i need help with that). I've definitely slowed down which makes doing things right the first time easier.

I'm usually open to trying new things, that's what makes life exciting. I do some reflexology now and like to use some homeopathic meds and 'natural' remedies as much as I can. They aren't new, just new to me.

I'm always into trying new things...as for yoga it has been around for eons so to me it is not new....same with meditation...but particularly with technology I do try new things to see if they 'fit' my interests...:-)

You're right, not much to lose by branching out and expanding one's horizons!

Botox. By the way, studies have shown that it is the BELIEF that it works that makes it work. That in itself is a validation
