I am Mormon and I like Rudy better. If Romney gets the nomination I will vote for him no worries.

Absolutely not. I would never discriminate against anyone, or let my vote be influenced, just because of their religion.
I will NOT vote for Mitt Romney simply because he is a Republican, however. I often, though not all the time, discriminate against politicians based on their political party.

Religion should not be a factor, but I maintain that it's very important.
Catholics have no business becoming presidents.
The country favors Anglo Saxons.
The simplified version of Christianity now rules, and nothing can change that.
Romney poses no significance in this spot, and neither does Giuliani.
The latecomer Thompson would make a good president because he looks the part, is moderately articulate, and has a reserved dispostion that the people want.
This is just my view, anyone can say what they think on the subject.
Personally, I think Obama has a good raport with the general public.

I would never vote or not vote for someone based on their religious beliefs. What I want is a moral person as president. Someone who has strong core beliefs in what is right and wrong. Bill Clinton was not a moral person, I did not vote for him and found him repugnant even before the Monica Lewinsky incident.

No.
But it's going to be a lot easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for Mitt Romney to win the Republican nomination.

No.
Other candidates' backgrounds show them to be effectively athiests. I have to think a mormon is better than that.

I don't care if he is a Mormon. I want someone that will end the war in Iraq. I don't think Romney would end the war. I worry he would start a war with Iran.

No, he can pick the religion of his choice, wouldn't make a difference to me. I wouldn't vote for him because I don't like his stand on Guns and abortion.

Not only does he belong to the Mormon Cult, he is also a liar too. I think that is a lethal combination.
