Once I DID fall a sleep while I was on the phone! I was laying down when my mother called and she told me that she had something that she wanted to read to me. I just laid my head on the pillow and began listening to the article that she had found in a magazine. Even though I was 40 years old at the time, listening to my mothers soothing voice - the next thing I knew I was hearing my mother saying over and over "Mary? Mary?........" I had fallen asleep! I felt bad but at the same time it felt nice to fall a sleep to the soothing sound of her voice.

My mother...she can talk the hind legs of a 1000 donkeys let alone one.....
she phoned me late one night and said "what u up too" so i told her i was very tired and about to go to bed....2 hours later she was still yacking like a trooper and i just fell asleep....luckily my partner came into the front room and switched the phone off and woke me up.
my mother said the next day she thought i had just hung up on her and didn't even notice i hadn't answered her......now that should tell you how bad she is...lolol..bless!

I have fallen sound asleep while my friend was droning on and on about something, and woke up the next morning with the phone still in my hand!

Yes, my cousin lives in Australia and has an habit of ringing me about 4 am I have fallen asleep talking to her.

Used to with my ex boyfriend. Nearly and at last fell asleep. he kept quiet and did not put the phone down till I accidentally woke up myself. He had fun laughing at me and heard me snoring. I was so embarassed and denied.

Completely - a few times as a matter of fact. I've even called people to talk while sleep walking!!!! Hilarious!

Yes. It was my husband. He was very cross as he did try to call me back but the phone was busy all that time... I was fast asleep for a few hours and couldn't put phone back ;)

It take place to me from time to time. i'd be on the telephone with one in each and every of my guy buddy & whether, we are the two drained, we would stay on the telephone & talk till one persons is knocked out. lifeless night telephone calls, whether they're nice to get carry of, could be very tiring.
