You always need to be polite, fast, and thorough with your cleaning.

I worked in a restaurant to pay my way through college and bussing tables was the most critical part of the job that was performed by the lowest paid person in the restaurant.

You will be neglected by the managers and waitstaff.

But never forget, without you, they could never turn over their tables.

YOU ARE THE MOST IMPORTANT PERSON ON STAFF!
