I don't think there is a BEST singer. Every singer has their own style and "range of voice" A soprano cannot sing a song the same way an alto, or tenor singer can. A talented singer sounds good as long as they are in their specific vocal range.

I think Carrie Underwood has the best voice ever. She should sing some more upbeat songs in my opinon becuase I don't love her music, but there is no denying that her voice is from an angel.
