I found a new line that I Love which is the Body Shop make-up. The things that I love are the following products:
Shimmer cube: this is 4 complimentary eye shadow cubes that are over the top but has a little shimmer. I use this everyday and have bought all the different shades. My favorite is the brown pallet because that's what I use everyday.
Shimmer smudger: this is kind of some where between eye shadow and liner. It is wonderful! It's new so I haven't been using it long but I love it.
Super Volume Mascara: It explains itself. More of a night look but I like it a lot.
The other thing that I couldn't live without is the eye make-up remover that they sell. It's for sensitive skin and also people who wear contacts. It is so sensitive you can take your make-up off with contacts in. My skin has never looked so good!
Check out the make-up at www.bodyshop.com
I actually knew nothing about it until I went to a Body Shop at Home party and played with all the different make-up! Definitely a good time!

First off...Tory, sorry, your Tutti Dolci lipgloss is long discontinued:(
Now for the product:
Don't know about loose powder, as I do not use it.
Eyeshadow-Lancome Colour Design in Kitten Heel, Style Section, or Pretty Pretty
Mascara-Avon Daring Definition in either Brown or Navy
Eyeliner-Urban Decay 24/7 liner in Lust or 1999, also Covet and Electric are good ones.
Lipgloss-CO Bigelow Mentha lip tint 1136 (neutral)
The essential things that I cannot live without are my eyeshadow quads from the Lancome GWP's, my Frederic Fekkai glossing sheer shine mist, and Urban Decay Heavy Metal eye gel in Power Ballad.

I'm going to give you two versions, the save version and the splurge version. Both work very well, but it's up to you how much you want to spend.
Splurge::::::::
Mascara: Intense i-ColorTM Play Up Volumizing Mascara in Raisin Quartz. It will absolutely play up the color of your eyes.
Eyeshadow: Revlon Illuminance Eye Shadows - Revlon palettes are rich, glide on smoothly & have a staying power you won't see in other basic grocery store & drugstore brands (khaki Suede)
Eyeliner: Almay 16 hour-eyeliner. Best inexpensive eyeliner, period stays true and stays put. (brown)
Lipgloss: Loreal Colour Juice Sheer Lip Glosses: Lancome Juicy Tubes At Half The Price (tutti fruiti)
Splurge:::::::::::::::::
MAscara: DiorShow Blackout - glides on smoothly, and draws out every last lash to show-stopping lengths.
Eyeshadow: stila in Kitten (I found this shade makes everyone look great, even with green eyes It gives me just the amount of color and shimmer I am looking for, glides on smoothly and is easy to apply. And it lasts and lasts:) It's not plain brown, it has a more spacey metallic finish, but at the same time not too wild !
Eyeliner: Dior Crayon Eyeliner (precious bronze). I can't describe it. It's just perfect.
Lipgloss: Benefit the gloss in Kiss me (the color looks really DARK (fushia) in the tube but actually when you wear it, its a sheer pink)
As for the product I would go without, it's lipliner. I always wear a neutral lipliner. For a splurge, go with Mac Spice. Save with Wet 'n' wild color 712. I've actually stopped buying the MAC and only wear the cheaper one. cant beat it for a dollar.

Loose Powder - Physicians formula does a great mineral loose power and it comes in a container that doesn't make a mess. It's in expensive compared to department stores - goes on great and stays all day.
Eyeshadows - MAC MAC MAC - they have tons of different textures/finishes - tons of colors and they stay on all day.
Mascara - Dior Show its the best mascara out there
Lipgloss - Lipglass by MAC - great colors, lots of shimmer and shine, taste good and not gooey.
Happy make-up shopping!!

Mascara: Covergirl mascara is surprisingly amazing. I love them all. I also LOOOOVE MAC'S mascaras.
Loose Powders: Sephora sells bare escentuals, which has pretty great products.
Eyeshadow: Sephora also sells shiseido. That brand has the best creme shadows. They come in a cute little pot. Urban decay also has some amazing colours. They have really youthful looks.
Eyeliner: Any kohl pencils.
Lipgloss: Right now I am really loving MAC'S lipglass in florabundance. You should really check it out.
