Being able to communicate with others was not always around. Why is it something to be grateful for?

Without language we would be left to try and understand each others non-verbal cues. These can often be misinterpreted. Languages give specific meaning to our words and make it easier to communicate with others.

Communication in some form or other was always around. Hieroglyphics, word of mouth, scribes, and finally the printing press. But it is important to pass things along. Remember we learn history so as not to repeat the mistakes of the past. At least that's the plan.

Language catalogs objects, events, relations. It allows for inter-individual communication.

Linguistic Reality - Language determines reality (this is an interesting theory)

Whorfian hypothesis - Language limits what you perceive

without communication you would be left alone without anybody to talk to ,we should be grateful for that gift that make people get together
