We must insist on this to be included in their manifestoes, when the Presidential candidates come to us for votes.
Atleast, They must declare a paid National holiday on October 10th. & my Bithday on July 13th.
Otherwise, I'll take a day-off on those days! J/k

I think it should be your own little holiday and you get the day off with pay as a birthday present from your employer.

I think that you should have the week off on your birthday at double pay and a gift credit card with a thousand dollars to spend on yourself, courtesy of your Boss. That's what I think .
