Somebody is monitoring us - are we gonna be sued next just for having an opinion?

Awooga;
Hey man, yer worrying me. Can you be a bit more specific?

Awooga;
Don't bother. I know EXACTLY who you are, and changing your identity (again) won't make a jot of difference. Now **** off before I report you to the fuzz for harassment.

Ha ha! They can have everything I own. Especially my student loan and overdraft.... I'll be out of the red!

Actually, it would be quite amusing to stand up in court and have to declare that I post under the pseudonym "buggerlugs McTwattyknickers". I'm sure anything I have said will be taken VERY seriously...

I hope I get to go first. I'm going to develop tourettes just in case. I might also stand there, noncholantly flipping them off....

Or maybe we could all turn up at once and start singing,
"Where's your daughter gone (where's your daughter gone?)...

Praia de Luge is renowned as a Swingers resort.

Portugal is known for its tolerance of diverse sexual tastes. All sections are catered for. Praia de Lug caters for swingers.

Do not cry foul unless you’ve done some basic research.

The McCanns and Clarence Mitchell swung together.
They had a problem with being disturbed during their adult games.
It was too risky have several groups of children asleep with babysitters as if there was a problem the group might e disturbed in the middle of their activities.

Solution. Put all the kids in one place and sedate them.
Madeleine gets an overdose.
Problem: if this gets out we are all in trouble. Doctors will be struck off for stealing sedatives, administering sedatives, people will be embarrassed. We are all equally guilty.

Solution concoct an abduction story which we all will stick by no matter what.

Help Gerry and Kate hide the body until they can dispose of it later.

Set up fund, make a million and laugh at he gullible British public.

Clarence I will be posting this theory far and wide today.

You know its something near what happened, so do the Portuguese and British Police…
So shut up Clarence or sue me. I dare you.

If us lot are going to be sued for having an opinion, most of the world are going to have to be sued, too. Can't take away our freedom of speech, and half the world must have an opinion about this case, right?

This is tricky. Fair opinion on a matter of fact is OK. Assumptions and allegations may not be if proven false. However, how anyone would assess what comments were libellous and what affect any particular comment had would be the devil's own job.

Should anyone have a problem with any particular reply they should report it. The ability to express freely has to be valued

Addendum to 'awooga' who's comment obviously worries you so much ..I myself have a clear picture of you 'justine time' and 'can see where you are coming from' Also the eponymous 'buggerlugs'. I think you and others on here who have made defamatory, violent, threatening and abusive posts should be brought to book! If you think child abuse is fit subject for humour, then you need custodial care!

We are being monitored to get a feel for what the general public think. Most of what I see on here is being talked about every morning on our coffee break at work. I hope Clarence Mitchell is reading this... every one at work seems to hate him. They find him a snide bully who's doing more harm than good - even the pro-McCanns can't understand why he's on the payroll.

Everyone's entitled to an opinion....
There doesnt seem to be the frenzied talk about it all that there was a few weeks ago when the parents became arguido's.

Anyway lets hope Madeline gets justice one way or another

I don't think that you can sue for liable against an individual. You have to sue against a company. If anyone gets sued it will have to be Yahoo for not stopping the postings. It's the companies responsibility to edit what they think is liable not the individuals responsibility not to say it. As for us being famous, hooray.

Well the news only show us what 'they' want to, they lead us to believe things that aren't always true, the media brain wash us all to become the same and do as we are told.
Yahoo Answers says it how it is, true to life and from real people, perhaps it will be banned one day for voicing true to life individual opinions.
