I searched for matchstick models, and I found some at ehobbies.com. They have a model of the Eiffel Tower, on sale for $25.99. I have seen these models in stores. but I'll stick to plastic.

If you want to build something that looks like the tower, get a good picture of it and draw the four sides on paper, cardboard, thin wood, and glue them together.

The Eiffel tower in Paris was inaugurated on 31 March 1889. It was the keystone of the Universal Exposition celebrating the hundredth anniversary of the French Revolution. Who built the Eiffel Tower? It was built by Gustave Eiffel. With 2 million visitors the first year and almost 6 million people a year today, the Eiffel Tower is a real crowd pleaser. At the crossroads of the entire world, 180 million visitors have come since its construction. It's not surprising when you consider the Eiffel Tower is the monument that best symbolizes Europe. It's also the one tourists prefer.

Hi:

first off the bat is get some pictures of the Eiffle Tower

second :what scale or size is this tower going to be?

Third: make some measurements of the structure ( you will be making a lot of them so get a notebook)

fourth: convert them to your scale of your tower and do a draft drawing of it

fifth: make a detail drawing for each side of it?

Sixth: Cut it out and glue it dry it over night.

seventh: paint it

Don't hold this against me if I'm wrong, I'm going on memory here ( and it ' ain't ' what it used to be ), but I think I saw a 3D model you construct at this site. I just remembered, I think you can also find one at the second site. You'll have to do some searching on the second site.
