You must have something to relate it to. The snail crawls slow. The baby crawls fast. The boy was slow in learning the information. The girl was fast in learning the information. The boy ran fast. The girl ran slow.

It's all relative. There must be something to compare it to.

by the distance between you and one object..
and you and the other i suppose.
