He's not a US citizen. He's not a resident of Utah. He's not old enough. He's not been a resident of the US long enought or recent enough. He lost the election? Then, you could always look up the Constitution.

Of course, he could be an alien from the planet Xiphoid.

LOL. Well, since I live in Utah...I'd have to say if you're not a Mormon, that would disqualify you. Just kidding. But they pretty much control everything.
