I hate it, but I do it 4 days a week. It's the only reason I've lost 35 lbs.

No. I avoid it like the Bubonic Plague, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, and Meningitis. But like these diseases, I know I need exposure!

Everyday, from 3:45 am to 6:30 am. But still don't loose weight! I've been doing this since June!

Weekdays: I sit on my a$$ all day at a desk job so I have to work out every evening.

Weekends: I get to stand up and walk as I desire so I get a breather from the treadmill.

Yes - Everyday (3 days a week) at work we are required to workout.

I work out 1 hour in the gym & run for 1 hour every day... If I skip a day I feel like crap & really tired.

Not since I left the Military ... I said the only time you'll catch me running is if somebody is chasing me down ... lol ... when you're forced to do something - you tend to dislike it in the long run ... !

lol!! i run two miles a day and go to the gym.
during the summer i swim laps.
i dont go to the gym on sundays, its closed :(
