For number one how will you layer them, if you wear the grey wear just a regular top underneath, not one that flows becaus then it will get wrinkly and look funny. I do like the green top alone though, and you wouldn't have to layer, just wear a jacket. Also take out the bracelet cause then it looks like you were trying too hard:)
For number tow the colors kinda match, but they are all different pinks and it's kind of all over the place, but they are almost all cute:)

I like # 1- very chic maybe a 9
# 2 is OK but I don't like the large headband with a print, the rest is OK maybe a 6

The first outfit is really really cute. Love it - 10. The second outfit, not so much. But everyone has their own style. The second one gets a 4.

I really like the first one. I would give it a 8. The second outfit is okay, its not something i personally like so i would give it a 5.

i like the first outfit, i'd rate it a 9
im not all that into the second outfit, id give that a 1
EDIT- the last two outfits you put up, the red and white outfits, they are very nice , i'd wear it. i rate them both a 10

but cut down on the accessories
cause its looks good in the page but once you picture it its too much
