Gently pinch both nostrils closed and then breathe out, keeping your mouth closed too.
It's not exactly quick but a good method is to boil some water in a big bowl, then wrap a towel across your shoulders and head and lean carefully over the bowl, letting the steam reach your nostrils. Don't lean too far down or you'll burn your face. Keep your face and the bowl covered, like a tent. Do this for about twenty minutes and your nose and sinus cavities will feel amazing.
