^ That is for RAM, not graphics cards.
(Not powerleap. Never been there. But crucial.com is meant for RAM.)
Good graphics card upgrades: ATI Radeon X2000+ HD cards, and nVidia 8000+ GT cards. These options may be expensive, but they're currently the best. If you want a cheaper option, but still pretty good go for nVidia Geforce 7000+ or ATI Radeon X1400+

Not that I know of, but you can look around at PC games being sold, and if your card doesn't meet the required minimum, maybe it's time to upgrade. ..
