Yes, because then we do not have to worry about our kids possibly going to ones house and then later on in time become a victim. Sex offenders should always have their rights stripped away, when it concerns our children.
People have a right to know who lives by or near them. This concerns our safety. Having them pass out candy might intise one of them to have urges for a sexually offended crime later on.

love the effort on the cops part. however if they want to be out and about the sex offenders will still find a lot of children without parents and vulnerable.

I think I'm going to have a t shirt made with a scarlet A-plus since all of my sex has been premarital (with adult women, mind you).
