In maryland, cops are going around and telling sex offenders to leave their houses on Halloween or to not answer their doors. Cops are also posting signs in sex offenders yards on Halloween that say "no candy here" because a sex offender lives there.
I think its a good idea, how bout u?

Yes, because then we do not have to worry about our kids possibly going to ones house and then later on in time become a victim. Sex offenders should always have their rights stripped away, when it concerns our children.

People have a right to know who lives by or near them. This concerns our safety. Having them pass out candy might intise one of them to have urges for a sexually offended crime later on.

love the effort on the cops part. however if they want to be out and about the sex offenders will still find a lot of children without parents and vulnerable.

Yeah, like they're really going to listen. They shouldn't be in the neighborhood period. Yes, they have rights, but normal people do too!

I think I'm going to have a t shirt made with a scarlet A-plus since all of my sex has been premarital (with adult women, mind you).

And why aren't parents with their children? Mine always came with us.

Should the state be our nanny?
