It wouldn't. That "Fairness Act" is just a politically correct, feel good name for their actual endeavor to effectively silence anyone who dares question or delineate their attempt at total control. Liberal and hypocrite have become synonymous terms.

Let's take Columbia Univ. as an example. They cite "Free Speech" when inviting Ahmadinejad to upchuck his vile, genocidal venom, yet weren't so open to "free speech" when addressed by the founder of the Minutemen.

Hypocrisy?
Liberal?

Just try to show me any difference whatsoever.

Don't worry, they will never take over talk radio. They have tried many times, and failed miserably. The only thing they think they can do is try and shove their "fairness doctrine" up our butts, or hold senate meetings to try and figure out how to silence Rush Limbagh and other conservative talk show hosts. Liberal talk shows never make it. They like to talk about freedom of speech, but they only intend it to be free for other liberals. Liberals try very hard to take away any freedom of speech or expression from conservatives or Christians. They're funny that way.

It's a capitalistic society. It's not supposed to "fair", right? I say you cry about it. If your side actually made sense and wasn't infected with so much corruption and hypocrisy you wouldn't have to worry about who controls TV or radio. You should be directing your blame at your own people and stop blaming liberals. That is why your losing the fight. You people never try to correct your wrongs, you justify them and blame liberals. Anyone with an IQ of 70 or higher knows that's a horrible strategy when you're trying to get your message out there.

I don't know how to answer your question but you are correct. Pinko Commie Tree Huggers like Rupert Murdock are guilty of spreading their vile, liberal message across this Great Land of Ours.

Libs cant get enough listeners to support any radio shows (Err America went bankrupt) so they want to dismantle conservative radio under their "fairness doctrine" effectively destroying the free speech of conservatives.
You see, right now the Libs are accusing conservative talk shows of "hate speech" in an effort to shut them down
The only free speech the Left is interested in is their own.

Your lack of education is showing.

TV and newspapers in the US are owned by Fortune 500 corporations and run by the same people who run the oil companies, banks, insurance companies, etc.

Next time, try to educate yourself before you post.

Liberals have the right to have their own radio shows. But let me warn, it's been tried and hasn't worked because we don't believe your BS
