I have a friend who was told long ago that there was a constellation somewhere near Orion that bore her name. Can anyone confirm this, and give me some information on it?

I think someone was having her on. There is no current or former constellation by that name.

The constellations that border with Orion are-:
Lepus
Monoceros
Gemini
Taurus
and Eridanus
I checked the common names of nearby Stars as well, and there is nothing that sounds like Sarah.
Sorry about that.
