Guys tend to notice you a lot more. LOL.
the cost of it is quite expensive and there has been a lot of improvement made... you might have side effects from it.
and sometimes if it is enlarged so much it makes it look like you have fake boobs. well that is what you have if you do get it enlarged.

They get more attention, but some people have more health problems with them. They also cost a lot of money, and some look really gross and fake. I think there are way more negatives.

Fake knockers(I can´t use the other euphemism) look great but don´t feel right., however if they make you feel good about yourself then that is the important thing.
Now why don´t they make them so that they are inflatable using the same technology they use for penis implants?

They get alot of Attention at the Beginning...-Followed by alot of disappointed looks when they're "found out". :)

umm after teh surgery there can be lots of probs. like ur boobs could be come one its really gross i heard this from somewhere...
