I would have to agree with " the place answer". You could be early or late but you would never know if you weren't in the right place.

HAHAHAHA dude its BOTH. you could have the perfect place and setting but the time is either too early or too late, which by default the place has lost its value. you could have the perfect time but in the worst place, where the focus would go to how bad the place is. you could say the Right thing at the Wrong time. or the time could be right but u say the wrong thing. you need both. hard truth.

The time, because places change as time changes.

Place depends on Time, so time is more important.

Time is everything...........

We could find the right partner but the time is not right

We could miss up on job opportunities because we did not take the leap in the time frame we needed too

Time is the factor the place can always be there the time can not :))))

We can pick and choose the Place to with Time we are not so lucky because we can not know if their will be a tomorrow for us and our loved ones :(((

The most important, time for me is always be punctual, in anything you want to achieve. The Place does not matter, as long as you are on time.
