I want a cheap one, around 100-250. I want one for the game Crysis, and I need money for: the game, the card, 1GB RAM, AND installation the card. The cheaper, the better.

Sadly, if you want to buy a brand new one at less than $250. That would be impossible. They're one of the fastest current video cards for a reason. Because they're not cheap.
The cheapest you can find one brand new is $250, and that is the cheapest. Remember that it's only the video card, the game and the ram will be another thing entirely.
If you want it cheaper, I suggest looking at sites like.... EBay.

first placed up is genuine in which you isn't waiting to run a pci-e card in an agp slot. in case you %. a greater acceptable agp than the gf4 4000 this is not complicated to do. seem on the nvidia 7900gs or the ati x1950. they'll rock over the gf4 4000.

eBay if you want it used which would obviously be cheaper. Newegg is the best place to buy computer hardware online IMO.
