All nite long with my new born son, actually 3 months old and my husband and sister. It was right outside the Grand Canyon. Boy was it cold out, but we could not find a hotel room. Looked for hours. My lil boy got the best nites sleep out of the crew!

Yes, once. I was living on a boat on the Norfolk Broads in the UK. I spent £6000 having it fitted out and it was due to be finished but there was a delay. When I arrived there was no way I could sleep on it so I had to try and kip in the motor! I didn't get much sleep if I remember, as it was early Spring and very cold.
A lovely boat and we lived on it for several years.

Yep, long journey, divine weather, balmy nights. Pulled over in a quiet spot and stretched out across the back seat. Did that several times, and saved a ton of money on hotels.

Yes, I've used the back of my '95 Ford Taurus to camp out in rather than having to set up a tent in the rain. It was very cozy

Yes I have, in both ways you can take it in fact... But It's not bad... get a blanket and someone to cuddle up with and it's kinda like camping...
Though, I wouldn't suggest doing this in the city or such....
