Ummmm....is it the same as a Scrubby Dutchman? Because I know what that means...and I can't repeat it on here...
Edit: The south city Germans were called Scrubby Dutch because they insisted on cleaning everything.

The St. Louis southside Germans call homeland Germany Deutschland and they speak Deutsch. The cleaning reference is correct. Deutsch became Dutch when non Germans said the word. Hence Scrubby Deutsch became Scrubby Dutch.
