The feds dont have a right to say what way a state judges people ,the mexicans dont have a right to have any say so at all.

Bush is a dork and he panders to the Mexicans for political support. The illegals don't get to vote, but more and more anchor babies are getting to be old enough to vote, and if Bush appears sympathetic to their lousy cause, he can feel more secure.
