they have legs to shave and a lot more hair on top of their dome to wash and condition....plus the shower head is such a whore if you're a girl....its like a vibrator that comes with the house.

I don't spend 45 minutes plus in the shower, more like about 20 minutes, but I turn the water right down, so as not to waste it while I scrub up.
My hair's long and it takes a bit of time to comb the conditioner through, and I have to shave my legs, armpits and whatever else is needed. Then I loofah my feet. and scrub the heck out of my body, I just like to be squeeky clean.
I live in the tropics, so being clean is very important.

I don't take any longer in the shower than my husband does. I'm just there to clean myself off and wash my hair. My showers rarely last more than 10 minutes.

Not in my house. I have a son who probably holds the shower record for men. I can, even when doing a shampoo and leg shave, make it out in 7 minutes. I learned something from having sons!!!

This is common sense. Think about it. Women are feminine. Femininity means taking care of ones self. This can vary from person to person; men being more feminine and caring more about their appearance or women caring less about their appearance. All the women you know probably just like to take care of themselves and look good. The only time I'd complain is if they do NOT look good. In that case, really, why do you take that long? =)

It takes us a while to wash our hair. It also takes us a while to shave our legs, armpits, bikini area, etc.
Do you shave your face in the shower? Most men I know do that separately. If you added your face shaving to your showertime, that would probably increase your showertime by a good bit. Also, if we took out leg shaving *out* of our showertime, that would cut it down by a good bit. Also don't forget men in general have a lot less to shave so it's faster.

My partner is in and out of the shower in about 3 minutes. I take about 10.
Washing my hair, shaving my legs, washing myself and scrubbing my face all take time.

Men have it easy bathing.
First the majority of you have short hair.
Second you must not know the female anatomy very well, lots more vital areas to keep clean than the guys!!!
