I don't think he was looking at your pad, and I think you have bigger problems than telling him you are in your period. Do you have a female coach or PE teacher at all that you could talk to? If not, you should tell your parents that you are uncomfortable around your coach. You don't have to go into more details than that if you don't want to at this pt, but someone you trust needs to be aware of your feelings now. That way if he continues to look at you weird...which is inappropriate, you have already voiced your concerns. Do not let yourself under any circumstance get in the position of being alone with this man. He could very well be a predator. If he approaches or says anything inappropriate to you, report him at once.

Do not let your period rule your life. Go on living, you can stretch, do sit-ups etc. The great thing about exercise is that it alleviates allot of PMS symptoms. You will feel much better afterwards for participating. It is very unlikely your coach can tell and even if he can, so what. This is a normal process that every female goes through every month. Not to worry girl...Just Do It

First, tell your mother just what you told us. This guy sounds creepy. Then, I would ask Mom to give you a note to get out of PE that day. Try getting some tampons, then no one can tell. It's really OK to exercise during your period, it even helps with cramps. More importantly, I would tell Mom about the creepy PE coach.

There's no reason you can't do normal exercises when you're on your period, although I probably wouldn't go in a pool or jacuzzi. I am sorry your coach is bothering you although I don't think that it has to do with your period. You might want to mention this to your mother.
